What we collect

Donor records you upload, the email address you sign up with, and basic product analytics. We do not buy or sell data.

AWS US-East (Virginia), in Supabase Postgres with row-level security. Your data is isolated from every other workspace.

Our AI agents process your donor data transiently to draft messages. No human at Tongba reads it, and it is never used to train any model.

Export everything to CSV at any time. Delete your workspace with one button — a right-to-be-forgotten cascade removes your PII.
